Admission Rules

1.Admission forms for class Pre Nur. to IX are available at the school reception from the month of November.

2.Admission to class Pre-Nur. to K.G. is given on the basis of Teacher-Child Interaction.

3.Student seeking admission in classes I to IX are require to pass a Test based on the basic knowledge of the previous class. Selection is made on the basis of performance in Test and Report Card of previous class.

4.Admission to class XI is based on the merit . Student of class X must apply for admission to class XI as soon as result has been declared.

* Through Cheque/DD made in favour of "Aggarwal Public School"

* Through school app / MCB parent portal

Payment of Fee

1. Cheque and Demand Draft must contain Student's name, Class, Section, Admission No. and Contact No. on the back of the cheque and should be dropped in the drop box installed in Parents' room / Fee Counter.

2. Date of payment is the actual date of realization of bank, parents are advised to deposit fee well in advance in case of Bank Holidays etc.

3. All fee and funds payable to a school by a student shall be payable by the 10th day of every month.

4. A fine for the late payment of the fee and funds due shall be charged from the student at the rate of 10/- per day after 10th day of the month.

5. The name of the student shall be struck off on the 21st day of the month or on the next working day if 21st day happens to be a holiday in case fee / funds are not deposited.

6. Partial payment of fees is not accepted by the School and partial payment will be treated as non-payment and late fine and penalty will be applicable till the complete payment is made.

7. No fee reminders for monthly fee will be sent. It is the duty of parents to deposit the fees as per the above payment schedule.

8. Cheque returned by the bank on which it is drawn, for any reason whatsoever shall be treated as non-payment of dues and additional amount of 500/- shall be charged towards expenses along with late fine and penalty as applicable.

9. Fee timings :

Summer : 7.30 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. (Mon. to Sat.)

Winter : 8.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Mon. to Sat.)

10. Fee slips/receipts will be only proof/evidence of fee deposit and so must be kept for full session and produced when asked by school.

11. Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case/circumstance.

12. If notice for Withdrawal/T.C. is given after the 10th of the month, school fee for that month will have to be paid.

13. Three months fees (January, February and March) is to be deposited together in the month of January.
